1.1 Saturn Optical warrants all Ophthalmic Instruments will be free of defective quality and materials.
1.2 Saturn Optical Ophthalmic Instruments come with guarantees. The Purchaser is entitled to a replacement or refund to get a significant collapse.
1.3 Saturn Optical will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective Ophthalmic Instruments or parts thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the Warranty Period at no cost to the Purchaser for labor or parts during the Warranty Period.
1.4 The warranty described herein will be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by Saturn Optical. It shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser as well as the rights and resources of the Purchaser under the law about the Ophthalmic Instruments to which the guarantee relates.
1.5 All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness, are limited to the Warranty Period.
1.7 Correction of defects, in a manner and for the Warranty Period described herein, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations and duties of Saturn Optical to the Purchaser concerning the Ophthalmic Instruments and will include the satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, and strict liability differently.
1.8 This warranty doesn’t apply to any look of the supplied Ophthalmic Instruments nor to some supplied Goods the outside to which was damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been modified or altered in design or construction.
1.9 This warranty does not cover injury or death to persons resulting from any cause aside from proven neglect of Saturn Optical, its employees, or representatives.
1.10 To enforce the rights under this warranty, the Purchaser must provide proof of purchase to Saturn Optical.
1.11 A Purchaser’s claim must be made in writing to Saturn Optical alongside the proof of purchase.
